By addressing concerns early and providing consistent follow-up, we aim to help patients avoid unnecessary emergency room visits. However, we do not provide urgent or emergency services. For emergencies, please call 911 or seek care at the nearest emergency room.
This list is not exhaustive! We’re committed to growing alongside our patients, and we actively seek opportunities to expand our services as needs evolve. We welcome questions, feedback, and requests, and look forward to offering additional services in the future.

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare, VA/TriWest, and Colorado Medicaid. Currently, we do not accept Humana, Cigna medical benefits, or Kaiser medical benefits, but we’re actively working to expand our coverage to better meet the needs of our patients.
For those who are self-paying, our rates are:
Initial appointment: $150
Follow-up appointment: $100
Rates for ketamine sessions, counseling, and other specialized services are available upon request.
We do our best to verify your insurance coverage and submit claims for our services, but ultimately, it’s the patient’s responsibility to understand their benefits and maintain coverage.
If you have questions about insurance, billing, or self-pay rates, you can email us at billing@aroundtheblockhealthcare.com or call or text our office. Our team is happy to provide guidance and cost estimates to help you access care easily.
-
A consult with a provider or registered nurse happens before ketamine therapy is offered to review your eligibility, discuss your treatment goals, and address any questions or concerns.
To help keep your care safe and effective, urine screenings are part of the process, and depression and anxiety screening questions are asked at the start of every session.
A provider check-in also occurs at the beginning of each appointment to ensure you feel informed and confident in your treatment plan.
During the session, a member of our clinical support team stays with you the entire time, monitoring your vital signs and making sure you feel comfortable and supported. Our office environment is designed to be calm, welcoming, and soothing, with zero-gravity recliners, dim lighting, and relaxing music. We encourage you to bring items that help you feel at ease, such as a blanket, pillow, headphones, or an eye mask, to make your experience as comfortable and reassuring as possible.
Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment, so you can focus on your treatment.
