With a combined background in healthcare administration and social work, Aubrie ensures both patients and staff experience compassion, clarity, and consistency throughout their care journey.

Yagelis Pichardo is a bilingual, trauma-informed, and spiritually grounded counselor whose work is rooted in inclusivity, compassion, and deep respect for every individual’s lived experience. As a proud Latina clinician, she integrates both evidence-based practices and holistic approaches to support healing at the root — not just the surface.

Tiffany Bartles brings dedication, attention to detail, and compassion to her role as the Insurance Services Specialist at Around the Block Healthcare.
