Michael “Mikey” Mehl is a veteran, Registered Nurse, and dedicated clinic leader. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and emergency services, Mikey co-founded Around the Block Healthcare alongside Jane to deliver care that is deeply human and recovery-centered.

Why Mikey Founded Around the Block:

Mikey left his role with the VA Hospital to dedicate his time fully to this clinic. His vision: to create a one-stop care home for mental health, substance use recovery, and primary care — without the red tape or disconnected referrals.

Mikey enjoys anime, board games, music, and family time. In 2025, he begins his journey to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.
